Post-secondary education is feeling The squeeze everywhere. Without bringing in higher paying out of state students no VT State college can survive. This fact becomes more acute knowing the smartest and best students just want to GTF out of Vermont when they graduate high school.

One of the reasons why castleton does well while NVU and VTC suffer

Karma got me good on this spicy comment of mine. SInce then my plow and snowblower both broke, and my propane delivery did not come lol.

But I'm ready with backup wood heat, already fixed the snowblower, and have parts on teh way for the plow.

I experienced something like this back in Texas. The woman who ran the daycare we had our daughter in retired and sold the center, and the corporation that bought it immediately cut everything that made it appealing. Don’t know the details of what changes they were making with the staff, I’m sure they couldn’t exactly say much without risking their jobs, but staff seemed unenthusiastic about it all. We moved our daughter to another daycare.

These laws would not give you federal protection but look at states that have legalized recreational marijuana, it doesn’t seem like state and local police are cooperating with the feds to go after people. You’d be in the clear at the state level and the only way the feds could do anything is with state cooperation. Considering the FBI isn’t staking out every dispensary in states that have legalized pot I’d say you’re pretty protected.

i live in vt and i went to college in vt and i have never used a library even on campus for anything other than their printers so i believe this statement is wrong. rather than funding libraries, why cant we use online literature databases?

its not like you can check out your college textbooks and highschools give books to their students.

  1. You can't get addicted to shrooms.

  2. The drug epidemic is happening because of meth, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin...

  3. Your brain develops a tolerance to shrooms so quickly that the shrooms drastically lose their effect in the weeks after consumption, which is why it's generally advised you wait a few weeks before having another full dose. So few people actually consume shrooms to get fucked up on a regular basis.

  4. No one is consuming shrooms on a regular basis considering the above and just how expensive they are.

  5. Shrooms have been proven to have medical benefits, namely in treating mental disorders while micro dosing (doses small enough that they wouldnt cause any hallucinations or highs).

  6. Your comment just screams Nixon / Reagan generation byproduct.
