It's a total loss if OP doesn't try, but op only loses IPA if they do. just submerge the whole thing in a tub amd let it soak/ softly scrub. As long as they dry it realy well, it shoudn't hurt anything (might take off the white labels though). I don't know how much these cost, so maybe it's not even worth the trouble. Screwing it to the door like it is, is just going to attract ants though.

It’s too bad because it used to be the best source of information in Vermont. Now it just seems to pander to what must be a small segment of Vermont society. Maybe those are the donors?

One exception I have to mention is Erica Heilman. She does “Rumble Strip” and some reporting. She gets it. She did a series called “What class are you?” Where regular people talked about classism in Vermont. It wasn’t very flattering towards the typical VPR listener. It was the most true grit real programming I’ve heard in years.

The only thing that I would see as a concern is how you intend to manage waste until the septic system is installed? True composting toilets are fine and permitted when managed properly, but a pit style outhouse is probably not going to be ok unless it's a sealed vault style.

My neighbors did the same kind of thing (slowly built over 3 years while living on the property) were going to need to a special permit for their toilet and would need to bring the waste to the landfill because they couldn't safely dispose onsite; they ended up renting a porta-potty until they had their septic system in.

Obviously you don't want to contaminate your land and water source. Personally, I would prioritize septic installation above most all else, most people I know who have built or intensely rehabbed focused on that early on, well before contruction/rehab/plumbing.

For sure. Inserting race into every story, especially where it's irrelevant, and always in the most contentious and off-putting way possible, has got to be a top-down directive. It's too ubiquitous and serves the donor class's interests too well. My favorite recent NPR story was something like "in historic first, Boston elects Asian mayor, here's how that's bad for black people." Out of touch indeed.

Eric Loyer's been on quite the car stealing rampage in the past few months. Sought by South Burlington Police in February, at that a female passenger was caught. Looks like they caught a female passenger this time also. Wonder if it's the same one, as the one caught here, 'who was an alleged victim of an assault'.

Oh my absolute living god I am so sorry. What brand is that mixer? I can’t see the logo. Because honestly I’d just scrap the unit if possible. Once that syrup dries it’s going to insanely effect the conductivity of any connection you make. And all of your pots are just gonna be gummed to high hell. Was this the only thing that got sprayed?
