This person is so wrong about food and restaurants. Burlington is the only place you’ll really find big chains. I live in the boonies and every town of a few thousand people has a couple of really awesome local restaurants. I was surprised at how great the food is. I haven’t had fast food in years now because there just isn’t any out here. But I eat great local food all the time.

Homemade yes definitely, and it is good stuff i am not trying to diss them, they are the best around. Nothing is growing though so it wouldn't be homegrown right?

Edit: i looked up the definition.

home·grown

/ˌhōmˈɡrōn/

adjective

grown or produced in one's own garden or country.

"a basket of homegrown fruit"

belonging to one's own particular locality or country

So technically the second one would be accurate but i still think the sign should say homemade not homegrown

Good point, I knew it had some Dutch origins so I had to look it up:

Unilever was founded on 2 September 1929, by the merger of the British soapmaker Lever Brothers and the Dutch margarine producer Margarine Unie

I think the OTC stock is the one traded on the Dutch exchange which is why I thought it was Dutch.

You can’t entirely place blame on people who are doing this unless you completely ignore the conditions that allow it. Shame on us for not getting regulations together sooner. And this is in no way a substitution for more housing, and will have little impact on the housing market even if those renters decide to get out of the rental game and sell.
