Maybe you missed the attached image - sometime in the last 12 months they now want a Drivers License Validation first before you can continue. Which is the reason we are looking to contract with someone for the privilege of using that resource. I am stuck in California and cant not get there until May - when any rascal can walk into the DMV and submit all the papers they can carry. Just trying to spread the wealth - and side step the road block that wasn't there that many months ago.

To be less casual and concisely explain our position: This would be contract work. You would be hired to obtain the Temp Reg Permit - which would be no different than anyone that works for our company that used to do the exact same function. It is the equivalent of making $400 an hour. 15 mins and your $100 richer. If you are indeed interested and can perform this simple task drop us a line. Not sure if you're qualified for this kind of work? Here's the job interview; If you can post here you can do this job!

I recommend trying to contact the Department of Taxes to get a email from a sales tax examiner stating that for VT’s purposes the SC IMF is counted as sales tax paid in another jurisdiction. The DMV registers the car, the Dept of Tax is responsible for administration of state taxes. I would assume they would be more knowledgeable about sales tax credits.

If your vehicle was registered for 3 or more years in that state, it shouldn’t matter assuming you can prove that it has been registered in another state for 3 years or more by providing a copy of the out of state title (with a date to back up your claim), 3 years worth of registrations, or a letter from SC’s DMV: https://dmv.vermont.gov/tax-title/vehicle-taxation/exemptions

Best of luck!

The idea of unionizing when you work for a national coffee shop has always seemed silly. As some other comments point out, local shops usually treat employees better, and the way the labor market is right now means that employees are valuable and have the ability to work somewhere else if they aren't paid or treated correctly. Introducing the bureaucratic nightmare that comes from archaic institutions like unions, which are only necessary or valuable anymore for certain limited sectors of the economy, is like putting a band-aid on an amputation. If you don't like your job, quit and find another one. If workers actually did this, corporate businesses will actually feel it where it hurts.

This post is a good example of the divide in what issues people choose to give a shit about between Chittenden County residents and everyone else in the rest of the State.
