PSA: If you don't want to pay $6 for mediocre coffee and a virtue signal, Maplefields is fine.

Cutting knotweed off at ground level does absolutely nothing to deter the evil plant, it simply regrows. If you prevent it from flowering, it helps suppress the spread of it somewhat.

Never heard it called the greenway, but the bike path is snow free from oakledge to colchester. Not sure about the causeway, but assume it's clear as well since there's less shade out there

Oh, sorry. Yeah, the bike path should be fine. Snow is almost gone here. Maybe a few patches left in shady spots here and there but I bet the bike path is fine.

I’m hoping more than that, but you have a point.

Bike path, to be honest I'm not sure if the whole thing is the island line trail and part of it is the Greenway or if all of it is considered the Greenway as well. I usually bike from oakledge park out onto the causeway when the weather is nice. Really beautiful bike ride!

Maybe having kids is a bad idea? Considering the quality of life they're going to (not) have, maybe we have enough people.

And yet, the owner of that very store is always one of the first to bemoan any proposed gun control measures. Actively lobbies against them. Dude can't even control his own inventory, but he won't abide any gun grabbers...gotta love it

Oh, I know it happens far more than people want to admit. What's wild here is it happened at a gun shop, not someone's unattended gun cabinet. Talk about poor business practices if someone can just make off with guns from your store while it's open. But I'm sure much of the ire will be directed at the addicts, far easier to swallow that way.

I can’t speak for all of it but it’s clear from the southern end at Oakledge Park north to Lake Street in downtown Burlington. (Regular running route for me.)

I don't know who told you that, but I would bet that nobody's even scratched the surface of how often this does in fact happen. A good friend's brother is a cop in CT (about an hour outside NYC), and he says it's pretty widely understood among law enforcement down there the degree to which VT is effectively supplying the guns used in drug and gang wars in NY/NJ/CT. Woodchucks act like it's all one-way traffic of drugs coming here, when lol nah -- it's absolutely a two-way situation.

Not only that, but two people were just busted for making off with two handguns from Parro's in Waterbury. Just showed up, took the guns and left. They were trading guns for drugs, which I'm told hardly ever happens here. But as you said, can't take two steps into a dispensary without someone stopping you.

Yes I totally support the idea of making heath care a right. Adding and repealing amendments would be great if we had a functional Federal Congress.

Be nice to know who reported the video. Wonder if it was his competition or your typical rat Karen bastard who just can't stand seeing people enjoy life.

I brought the correct paperwork to them and they were not knowledgeable nor did they care to look it up or call the dmv. So yes I am surprised they did not accept it, considering it is literally what they need from the state I moved from. SC passed a bill in July of 2017 stating IMF is equal and replaces sales tax. Sad. Truly.

Lol…. It isn’t just “the internet said something” is it what the SC DMV told me and confirmed AND it’s an easy google search. So actually, they do need to accept it, and they can do their job by knowing what documents are equal to sales tax in other states.

Fake outrage? Pfft. I grew up in the South Bronx where we survived the cops more than we did the streets. My eyes were forced open literally at gunpoint on playgrounds as a kid.
You may be black, but you're also a fucking moron if you don't see the problem with police unions. Take that shit to St. Elsewhere.
