>Project Veritas is an American far-right[14] activist group founded by James O'Keefe in 2010.[18] The group produces deceptively edited videos[13] of its undercover operations,[5] which use secret recordings[5] in an effort to discredit mainstream media organizations and progressive groups.[19][20] Project Veritas also uses entrapment[12] to generate bad publicity for its targets,[2] and has propagated disinformation[22] and conspiracy theories[30] in its videos and operations.

O'Keefe himself is a convicted felon.

>O'Keefe has been barred from fundraising for Project Veritas in Florida, Maine, Mississippi, Utah, and Wisconsin, partly because of his federal criminal record for entering a federal building under fraudulent pretenses and partly because Project Veritas has repeatedly failed to properly disclose O'Keefe's criminal convictions in applications for nonprofit status. Similar disclosure issues for the group's registration also exist in New Mexico, New York, and North Carolina.[49][50][51]

You are a very short minded guy. How do you think Bellingcats stuff would be known if people like me didn’t repost it and help get reach and views? The original creators get free promotion/marketing from people like me which helps them grow even more.

It might be allowed but it's still a scummy thing to do. Stealing other peoples work and republish bits of it as a short and beg for subs. Bellingcat does excellent and many times dangerous work, you shouldn't degrade it by bastardizing it for Youtube subs or Reddit upvotes.
