I actually recently downloaded this off of archive and had a blast showing it my son.

I played this version of math blaster so freaking much. Like this is a deep part of my early childhood, one of those formative video games. I remember the nose dudes and the Easter egg that was literally an Easter egg.

There was another older version called Math Blaster: In Search of Spot. You fought against a trash alien to track down and save your little Buddy Spot.

They are all web based games now. My kid plays a few at home that he learned about in school.

I did, but about 6 years before this, and the Apple II version.

This game honestly helped me get better at math as a kid. These educational games improved my abilities tbh the typing zombie one was so awesome.

Math blaster and word munchers were my jam back in the day.

I definitely played this game, probably one of the first Windows-based games I played. Before this was Gizmos & Gadgets on DOS.

Now Search for Spot is the one I played the shit out of! I loved that game so much. And Treasure Mountain+Treasure Mathstorm. Whenever I hear Hall of the Mountain King it makes me smile 'cause of Treasure Mountain and all the fond memories I have of all those weird little educational games I played growing up.

Oh shit, I played a bunch of Math Blaster 2. I remember it because I was reading the book that came with it, as games did back then, and halfway through there was a misprint where a solid chunk of the book was story and background from Warcraft 2. Gul'dan was talking about the tomb of Sargeras, there was a picture of a necromancer raising skeletons to drag down a human knight, and some grainy black and white pics of in game objects...I want to say it was showing how to build oil rigs?

...not math blasters 2, is what I'm trying to say. That game sounded way cooler.
