Hot lol. Helps relieve pain, good for sleep and anxiety/depression symptoms (in my experience!)

Is it like a tanning booth? That's the only thing I could think of to compare it to. Also why not go to a tanning booth, don't those bulbs also give off infrared wavelengths?

No, it's kinda like a regular sauna but with light therapy and the way it heats up is a little different and not as suffocatingly hot. No tanning element nor does anything that's bad for your skin.
