You could clearly afford a house ($350k+) if you'd stop eating avocado toast every morning ($55k over 30 years if you're being wasteful and careless with shopping). The math clearly checks out.

This is the kind of dumb shit that stupid people in the US always fall for. They never just do the basic math, which would show that the everyday expenses of the average person are tiny compared to the methods by which the rich extract wealth from us.

The Turkish language variant of the page shows more recent polls.

The most recent one is from Jan 27 to Feb 2nd and it shows Kılıçdaroğlu winning against Erdoğan with 46.3% to 40.1% in the first round, 48.2% to 40.3% in a potential run-off, with 11.5% undecided.

That was still before the earthquake though. It will remain to be seen what effect the earthquake and Erdoğan's response to it has.

Well the extra energy from clean sources is fairly permanent for solutions.

Europe buying Russian gas in significant amounts is doubtful. Not because we’ll never forgive but simply because fossil fuels are being phased out and by the time relations are normalised renewables will be the majority.
