But generalizing an issue to every citizen of India when the issue is caused by the type of people we Indians hate is annoying, irritating and frankly racist. Is this basically Swiss Court saying that anyone helping people who can't prove where their money came from (so it's either from illegal business or not theirs) transfer/store their money won't see any real consequences for their actions?
