Nope, it's not an invasion. Do you even know what an "invasion" is? The Republic of Korea had formally requested US military assistance and the two nations had already been allies from before the war. Hopefully your head is not so twisted that you can recognize the difference between an invasion versus a military assistance to help booster defensive efforts against an invasion. I must say, though, my hope there is not very high.

As for China, Chinese military received a assistance from the Chinese government and was a national army in all practical aspect. Are you going to deny that? Plus--and more importantly--the Chinese Army was helping an invader, as opposed to helping a defensive effort against an invasion that NK initiated. Rather a key distinction that you keep choosing to not address.

I mean, Putin is a little man both in stature and morale.

Literally every other dude lies about their height. Putin lies about everything so one can only assume when he says he is 5 foot 7 (170cm) he is padding the stats.

Not making fun of little people, just this particular one. I've dated girls taller than he is.

This is wild, people are actually upvoting the idea of blockading internet access to countries and following authoritarian China in making our own closed off internet. Yes, let's shut off access to the greatest wealth of knowledge and connectivity in human history to innocent civilians living in these countries because we don't like their government. Because that's what liberty and freedom, values we are supposed champion, are all about.

It was huge. It also contained lots of methane, they sprayed chemicals all over the Mexican gulf to contain the spill, an explosion, a sunken oil rig, etc. As mentioned, I remember it from the news back then and don't really have a clue about the details. :D

Regardless, the point was that currents can change without Jake Gyllenhall having to chase antibiotics on a derelict frozen tanker in NYC.

The changes will mostly destabilize the weather, and prevent heat from being transferred from A to B. And long those long-term weather effects are scarier than Hollywood blockbusters.
