Does India know about this? It seems to me that they just want to suck dry the military tech know-how of Russia at the moment, before they would collapse.
Also, if allies defend each other, Chima surely is not one as they would sooner take East-Siberia than openly send arms to Russia. East-Siberia has everything China needs right now: space, water (in Lake Baikal), oil, gas, alongside unrestricted access to the sea of Japan and to the Pacific Ocean as well.

Not to mention Shinzo Abe doing photo ops like this https://www.wsj.com/articles/BL-KRTB-3660
It's the equivalent of Himmler's grandson becoming chancellor, slapping an "Arbeit macht frei" bumper sticker on his car then saying that he wasn't aware of Auschwitz

You really think Russia would leave anything left if they win? Unlikely.

Sure. But history suggests a ruling like this is likely to be followed by bribery and assassinations.

African fertility is declining, though, and Russia, Canada, and northern China have mind-boggling amounts of land and resources available. World population as a whole is expected to stabilize this century without catastrophic mass death, which is a good thing unless the growing African (and Latin American and to an extent South Asian) populations are completely untrainable.

Because they cannot leave Russia to China. China would become too powerful.
Russia is a source of Nickel, cobalt and other minerals important for the transition to renewable energy and EVs. If India is to become a center of manufacturing, it needs its raw materials.

Reply to comment by PlayasBum in Eurozone inflation falls sharply as energy prices drop by misana123
Don't quite get the analogy.
For example
Feb 2022 price = $1000
Mar 2022 price = $5000
Feb 2023 price = $1150
Mar 2023 price = $5770
This shows a 15% increase Feb 2022 - Feb 2023
and 15.4% increase Mar 2022 - Mar 2023.

Do the numbers show a fall in inflation?

In U.S. jurisprudence, property rights concepts would address what can and cannot be done with land. I was trying see where it would fit into our system of laws.
