Even when the beach is empty and you can just roam and listen to the waves? Even at night with a warm breeze? I’m definitely not into the crowds of beach-goers. It’s not enjoyable when it’s filled with human bodies. But you still can’t beat the sand, the smell, the sound, and the wide open spaces.

It depends where you are. Fitchburg and Leominster have red and blue respectively because of the high schools.

Monument Park and Crystal Lake Park are both what you’re looking for. Dunn State Park is also perfect as someone else mentioned. And I think they recently put tables and stuff downtown. Part of me really misses living in Gardner.

I agree. It takes up to 1.5 hours commuter railing from Leominster to Boston. I can only imagine how long it would take from Springfield. 3 hours?

Can’t stand LED lights for this reason and basically every new car has them. And of course everyone and their brother drives either a truck or SUV, so when you’re in a small car you’re constantly getting it from every angle.
