I had that and it was too much potassium in my system. It came with mild heart palpitations. I was concerned it was an arrhythmia as that runs in the family.

Check with Erie. They have really good rates and I have been with them for 15 years. Ann Gleason at Pearce in Colonial Heights is my agent. I have multi car and home owners bundle for mine. My mum gets a discount as well even though hers is separate policy from mine.

First step for a medical bill for me is to ask for an itemized bill. Strange things happen when you do that ..like the cost goes way down. It will give you precisely what they are trying to bill and a starting place for a dispute.

NO traveling for us as we all live relatively close to each other. Trekking out to niece's place to see her decorations before they come down and an impromptu house warming as this is a new place with her adorable BF.

you qualify for medicaid if you are unemployed or under employed. Another option is ACA marketplace for one you CAN afford. If unemployed you can also get EBT. It turns around in a week and if needed sooner you can call the person assigned to you.

Edit: mental health assistance is included in Medicaid. They have some damn good people in Hanover. My gf said they were the best after 10 years of therapy elsewhere.

Back at work and the boss is in a blind rage because of a call out with flu like systems by a tech that had been assigned to do way too much for one person. Happy New Year to me as it is one that works with me. I hesitate to point out the policy she is trying in enforce is for an absence greater than 3 days or more not a singular absence. Also, she is being vindictive to prevent him from working in other departments during a slow down on his side of the work due to temperatures and time of year.

Reclaiming my office/hobby space and installing a second color printer. One for documents and one for photos. Weird actually seeing the desktop after clearing out all the post it notes etc., Made turkey for dinner last night so leftovers today for lunch. Th migraine I had finally passed as the storms finally left the area. Now my noggin feels like someone played football with it.

Back from overindulging at Maggianos. Melissa, the waitress, was absolutely fantastic. She made a good night together as a family even better. Props to Melissa.

Lost power for 2 hours yesterday. We have the annual Christmas Eve gathering of the family. My nephew is missing out as he is scheduled to work at his new job and his mum warned him that having an adult job means missing out sometimes. He had been given thanksgiving off and he was told by her to expect to work during Christmas. The future mom will probably not be there as food smells trigger her ongoing nausea. So it is 11 instead of 13. My other sister is picking us up and only allowing 25 mins to get to Short Pump for our dinner with all the last minute shoppers I have my doubts that we will be on time.

I want my niece in law to finally have all of the holiday season where she doesn't have all day sickness and can stay out of the hospital until the actual time of delivery of Emmerson Elizabeth Wilson my mum's first great grandchild. I plan to call her EEW so she will be used to it before starting school in case that becomes something to tease her about.

I had the pleasure of eating a NYC bagel from H&H bagels special delivery from my mum as she returned last night from her romp around NYC. Eataly, Rockettes and a room with the view of the Empire State building in all its lit glory. Now to figure out how many to freeze and how many to consume asap. (I think I need more cream cheese and some good lox).

The First Alert fire extinguisher would work for your apt. $25 if the landlord does not return to replace it. I would guess the expense of recharging all the extinguishers in the building was too high a cost for them. I have never had in apt extinguishers provided by the landlord. I have always had my own. I also have small ones in my vehicles.

Watched it and now I can't look at the WC in the same way. I knew it was corrupt but didn't realize just how far reaching it was.

Just bringing wine tomorrow so no prep. Tradition is we have the celebration at my sisters place. 13 family and a couple of outsiders. Mother of the future great grandchild is finally feeling well enough to attend so mum can see the progress in person.
