Well, this isn’t just a Waze update. Concrete barriers are being placed.
But yes; we work very closely with Waze reps and traffic professionals. We have a partnership with them, and any and all closures (temporary and permanent) you see us announcing are getting uploaded to Waze so you can use it to navigate around them.

Thankfully, we got an official partnership with r/Waze this week. We always sent them closures before, but now we're able to input them ourselves.
We're hoping that this will serve residents and commuters better; being able to have real-time closure and reopening info.

Thank you! We would welcome anyone who wants to work on our crew, and work alongside us too. We were pretty impressed with the Mayor and other politicians getting down and dirty with us on Cleanup Day.
And, we're applying for a lot of money with the new infrastructure bills. Hopefully, if it gets awarded to us, we can do something about that gaping scar of a highway in West Baltimore.

At least we’ll have quiet, pedestrian-friendly roads. Net gain?
