Oh, I'm sure that if you have the money, that you can find care like that in the US.
The key is in the sub-title:
> Home received extra funding

In those days (and even as recent as a few generations ago in the US) a coin was roughly equal to the value of the metal that it was made from, so it didn't really matter which country's name was stamped on it.

I thought I could hear the raindrops in the one with the street lights on the highway. Very nicely done.

Munchies can be problematic for burglars, apparently.

I found a 4,000-6,000 year old (4,000-2,000 BCE) Native American copper spear point while metal detecting a street tearout in Minnesota. That sort of puts AD 600 – 1000 into a new perspective.

Now do it with town/city names that use trees and geographic features, like Maple Hill, Oak Valley, Acorn Ridge, Pine Bend, etc.

The Upper Peninsula of Michigan is stunning at this time of year. Porcupine Mountains State Park or the Keweenaw peninsula/Copper Harbor are prime areas, but just about anywhere will blow you away.
