People choosing not to spend money at a place that endorses a candidate they disapprove of isn’t dividing us. Actively trying to overthrow elections and threatening to do it again is. Calling the media “the enemy of the people” and railing against “elites” isn’t helping, either.

Also, the people railing against “elites” are, just for a quick roll call: a billionaire real estate mogul, a thoracic heart surgeon with 10 houses, a millionaire author, a college football Hall of Famer… did I miss any? I mean, if these guys aren’t elites who is????

It’s definitely a sleepy town. More active in the neighborhoods than downtown, other than plays & sporting events. Almost more like a financial district. The strip is adding a good number of bars & eateries, though. You’re kinda the prime demographic for there and up Penn Ave to Lawrenceville. Welcome & have fun exploring!!

Seems like you’d like the focus to be on the messenger, rather than on Dr. Oz for the despicable way he’s used Fetterman’s medical condition to his own gain.

And for the record, CNN asked him a direct question and he answered. The headline is accurate.

As I continue to say, when people blame the media, it usually means the media did their job.

So the post of one person on Reddit, pointing out the GOP’s hypocrisy in both stirring fear of other cultures & religions while also putting up a non-Christian foreign citizen as a senate candidate is proof that all leftists are racists? I think someone needs a dictionary for Christmas.

Oh, and FWIW, 50% of most recent DNC attendees were people of color wanna guess minority attendance at the Republican Convention?

Nope, even lower than that: 6%

But SO nice of you to tell people of color what’s best for them. Very helpful. Massa.

So just to be clear…. The media is to blame for reporting on actual conditions that existed. Not people reacting or overreacting without looking into it themselves in more depth?

And let’s be real, the issue of retribution rather than rehabilitation is what the prison system was founded upon… so I don’t think a story in 1980 really changed Americans’ attitude all that much.

And also… though you’re not going to want to hear this… take some responsibility. School IDs weren’t passed out on the first day of school; were they passed out on the second day? Does NO ONE in your school have an ID? Have you pursued getting one? There’s only one person who can be the driving force behind getting what you need.
