You don’t have a parent, friend, co worker, neighbor, partner, sibling, literally anyone who can come over at least once a day or every two days while you’re gone?

Really wish cops would ticket the dhs with ridiculously bright lights. Create some sort of ‘review station’ with the PPD. Drivers have 30-45 days to fix their bright ass lights and if they can demonstrate at one of these ‘review stations’, the PPD can directly dispose of the ticket on site. Policing like this could be so simple

Take pictures and email the entire office staff of your district Councilmember and an at large member. Ask them to get them removed. Let them know all of the steps you have taken so far, what happened, and they should handle it

Jose pistolas, Bar-ly, Caribou was great when I went there for dinner, I’m sure lunch is great too. Del friscos grille is nice too. Bar bombon is really nice and everything is vegan which is nice to eat something completely different than what a non-vegan is used to.

Definitely don’t put anything in your name if the bill is link to other tenants that you do not live with. You will be liable for that bill every month. If your landlord has one giant bill for all his tenants, chances are he’s probably renting illegally. Check to see if he has an updated rental license and how many units the property is zoned for on this site: https://eclipse.phila.gov/phillylmsprod/pub/lms/Default.aspx?PossePresentation=BusinessLicenseSearchByLocRent&IconName=Contract_Mag.png

If I were you I would put your rent into escrow until you have heat, even ask for a discount since you have no heat…

I am one of the longest living neighbors on this street. Been here for 23 years and I was not going to let new neighbors on the block set up a whole valet lane in front of their house 😂 first time he put a cone out I moved his cone and parked there. I haven’t seen a cone yet lol

When I hear someone say they’re from Philly, I assume (& hope) they were born here. I wouldn’t say I’m from somewhere I wasn’t born.. If you were born in NYC and moved to Philly as an adult, you’re not from Philly, you’re from NYC. You could say I live in Philly, Philly is my home… but you’re not FROM Philly. If Philly didn’t make you who you are today, you’re not from here.
