820 stolen cars this year are Hyundai and Kia, compared to only 618 of all other automakers. The manufacturer should be held responsible, that's crazy.

Nice to see them replacing these terrible, low-density "urban renewal" projects.

How much have they increased? Has the increase been commensurate with the rise in these incidents across the city/country, or at a higher rate? In the 30 largest cities in the US, the average increase between 2019 and 2022 was 59%.

Van Leeuwen's seems super busy all the time in the summer so I'm not worried about that, I believe they are doing well and continuing to expand in the city.

Regarding Boba King, I hope it stays awhile as it's a nice looking space. It might be harder to judge how they are doing walking by as many people probably just order/pickup and go.

My thought is that it's the awesome ironwork combined with somewhat shiny paint.

It's incredibly uncommon for this area, it's still very safe overall.
