That footbridge has been gated and overgrown. My best friend lives at the very last house on Ash/Clipper mill and we just walked that walk last week after going to Birrotecca.

It’s very dangerous back there for pedestrians or vehicles. How someone develops back there, and does not put in sidewalks or street lights is beyond me.

That too. The city/neighborhood associations in general do a poor job of marketing different neighborhoods and their individual destinations.

It’s not dense enough back there to support all that commercial space. Building Whitehall Mill was a poor business decision imo

Ottobar is both a bar and music venue. I go regularly for bar purposes more than I do for music. I’d say most of the regulars would be in a similar situation

I lived there for 3 years in the early 10s. It was one of the best homes I’ve had in my young adult life. The time period in general was great, but I loved my apt (utilities included), that rooftop pool, and the fact that The Prime Rib was a literal elevator ride down stairs. I spent A LOT of money there then lol.

Wait. To make this easier— any “luxury” class A rental complex built in the last 5 - 10 years.

It’s not unlikely. They literally tired 8 years ago to no avail, because they can’t.

They tried to fix the timing 8 years ago and there’s a reason it wasn’t fixed. If I recall it was because they legitimately can’t

My older cousin spent the better part of his preteen/teenage life here, I remember going to visit him a bunch of times.
He didn’t grow into a better person from this place, in fact, I’d say It helped him be the man he is today.

It’s centrally located. You’re close to a bunch of bars/Resturtants. In the immediate area, and then you located on transit lines for MTA, the circular, harbor water connector, and near metro subways station(Charles Center). I know people that live across the street at 10 light and they seem to like it. There close to their jobs in CBD and and take short rides to go out in mount Vernon, South/SE Baltimore.

Those 2 things have nothing to do with which other. Because plenty of people have had these every same idea, regardless of the 20% or what you feel.

Good. There doesn’t need to be anymore cocktail bars in that area. Keep Dirt Church, dirty!
