I always recommend the Revival Hotel in mount Vernon for its price, cool factor, and it’s beautiful historic central location. There, or Hotel Indigo. Both of which are in you budget. For your price point you may do better using Airbnb or Vrbo.

I was born at Hopkins, my parents owned a home in Mount Winans when I was born that we lived at until I was one. Then we moved to Columbia, for 1.5 and waited for our house in Bel Air to be built, where I grew up. I grew up going to the city all the time as my family lived all over and my parents took us to various activities and events. Came for field trips and such. Even when I was little I was always fascinated by the city and I loved visiting my cousins and sleeping over, even in places that I now know is the hood lol. But it wasn’t until I got in college that I really experienced Baltimore on my own and really learned my love for it. You google search paid Hopkins research studies, find a study that applies to you to participate in and do the screening questions, if you’re eligible they’ll contact you. They have in-person and virtual studies

My cousin who has Lupus and in a wheelchair gets around solely via public transportation and gets around independently. Hopkins spent millions over the last several years improving the accessibly around its Charles village homewood campus.
