Lol atlas aren’t “successful” because of merit. They’re billionaires children and grandchildren that were given a few restaurants on their families property harbor east in the four seasons with stolen concepts from chefs of merit, Then expanded chained versions of the same Restaurants in Texas, Florida and Annapolis. The DC locations aren’t doing that well and aren’t that popular because people in DC actually have taste. Atlas does well because all of their restaurants are on their family’s prime real estate in tourist areas and the steal ideas and poach talent from competitors. That’s it and all.

Popular on Reddit. It’s not the first place to do a Asian fusion fried chicken bun nor southern style sides. Literally theres no new flavors and it is not unique. The only people that rave about it tend to be basic in nature. But if you like it I love it.
