Because it doesn't do crossfit and prefers its members not do shitty workouts with greater chance of injury

I know that Home Depot offers installation on these, as does Lowes. Ceiling mount hardware is pretty cheap and as long as you adequately template out ahead of time where everything has to go, it's not that hard. Make sure you're leaving extra room for the finial (the decorative piece on the end of the rod) on each angle, or if you're buying a bay window rod, ensure your measurements are good (or buy it from a place that will let you can return it).

Installation cost shouldn't be more than a couple hundred.

There is a public large dog park in Hamilton Park. The dog parks in Newport are all private, and the other public dog park downtown, which is behind shoprite on 1st St is smaller than the one at Van Vorst.

Don't go with your unleashed dog in LSP. There are numerous endangered and threatened species, including nesting birds.

I don't think you're even gonna find HEPA filters anywhere. If that's your benchmark, I would do what someone else said earlier and just call up the gyms, but I would be very surprised if you found any doing more than just asking that people wipe down the equipment after using it.

My booster efficiency is starting to wane, so I'm planning on masking up again at the beginning of the month, but it's been made blatantly clear to the public that we're on our own - no one in charge gives a fuck about seriously trying to end this on a more permanent basis other than mitigation for those who aren't at risk.

You're even dumber than I think you are, and I think you're incredibly fucking dumb, because my own personal solutions to this problem are way more helpful to the poor and middle classes than BUILD MOAR. Think Mao.

You're a fucking idiot who isn't showing their work

Simply building more does not equate with lower rents. You're a fucking idiot who isn't showing their work

Christ, you can't even follow your own logic here. If BK and QN aren't building, but JC is, would it not then logically follow that (non rent-controlled) rents in BK and QN would be skyrocketing far past the point of JC, which is building at a very fast rate?

Spoiler for ya, that's not the case.

That's not happening, and I repeat myself for the umpteenth time now, because greater supply has zero correlation with lower price.
