actually I said- "Fear of rioters"
If you want to invent things that I never said, then it's all you. You can provide evidence for your fantasy.

Nothing has to be shut down for fear of protesters. They peacefully do their demonstration thingy while normal life goes on. It's called freedom of speech.
Dartmouth is bowing down to rioters. So, instead of being ruled by law, they are giving in to evil and chaos.
Grow a set. Allow the event. If someone tries to do something violent, they get arrested.

If it were me, I'd think about downsizing to a more affordable house to own. I'd even consider a trailer in a park, but that's me.
If I was going to rent, then I'd look for a ma and pa landlord rather than a huge corporation. Likely less rules and more likely to work with you. I'm thinking of a person or couple that has one unit to rent. Or- one side of their duplex. Or- renting out the "mother in law" apt etc

35 tint means 35% of the light passes through. In NH, the glass left and right of the driver has to allow 70% or more light to get through.

I'm taking "35 tint all around" to include 35 to the left and right of the driver. Legally the limit there is 70.

So --- the school is saying that students who identify as animals are suffering from delusions or other mental health issues? And therefore it's ok to deny them special bathroom privileges?
-because factually they are biologically not cats (etc)?
Is that it? If so, it seems to open up another level of conversation.
