I've tried complaining to them. They completely ignore it. I sent them photos of dozens of wet soggy rotting papers in bags on the street, sidewalks, yards, in the woods, etc. They don't give a damn.

🤣🤣 I suppose. The nuts don't fall far from the trees. I've spent most of my life here. Escaped three separate times, briefly, but ended up back here every time.
