Individuals will not purchase these units. The company that owns the building rents them out. It's targeted at temporarily relocated or visiting corporate workers.

For sure, new HVAC equipment is incredibly efficient compared to old.

Then people would probably be confused because it doesn't offer the same services. Short term rentals are not a new concept, don't get the pushback.

$162 last month for two furnaces and the gas stove. 3000sq ft new construction. Wild how much more expensive it can be to heat old homes.

Yes, that is exactly what I said. And that's also why I said it would be useful to know the Roosevelt Blvd numbers. Ben Franklin Bridge toll evaders would be too.

You'd think that would be fairly representative of the State. Would be interested to see what the results are on the speeding cams on Roosevelt Blvd, probably would be closer to NYC levels.

>Gyllenhaal found that, in New York City, about seven-percent of red-light camera tickets are unreadable, often because of license covering techniques.
>But, in Pennsylvania, Gyllenhaal notes, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has said that the impact of 'ghost cars' is negligible.
>Less than one-percent of camera-tickets are considered unreadable and, these have had "no significant impact" on turnpike revenue, the commission told NBC10.
Interesting, the way I see cars driving that are missing or have obscured license plates it seems like more than 1%. But maybe it's just because it's noticable.

Fishtown was part of the Kensington District 170 years ago. It's been its own neighborhood in the River Wards longer than anyone living today has been alive. It's not helpful or accurate to call Fishtown Kensington.

I did and didn't find anything. Distilled water can be useful in some health applications but failing to see any need for regular bottled water here for medical purposes.

Acadia Spring Water. Yet another reason it's stupid to buy bottled water.

This is one way to announce you don't understand the basics of housing policy. Short term rentals can be bad when they replace permanent housing, not a parking lot. If anything this saves long term housing from conversion to short term so any good urbanist should be happy.

Where you cited the Union is better because they don't have a player charged with rape. No one cites the Union for anything related to top level professional sports unless they like soccer.
