More at the missing of an obvious joke. No shit it's relevant.

Where you cited the Union is better because they don't have a player charged with rape. No one cites the Union for anything related to top level professional sports unless they like soccer.

But apparently you like soccer where the same thing happens?

They should just move it to the median of South Broad, free and no apparent parking restrictions.

Didn't bleed enough to lead for those suburban scare factories.

The suburbs are massive. Do you need to commute somewhere? Any reason you're not considering the City? The towns along the PATCO line like Haddonfield and Collingswood are nice, progressive, and have easy City access.

Dang, imagine they keep the monthly spots tight since they make so much more from hourly. At this point in the neighborhoods' development hopefully they'll bury a garage there and build on top soonish.

Believe the lot just south of Front and Master does monthly.

I would be too if I was still closer to the South Philly location. The new Kalaya's food is fantastic as expected but will be a better restaurant once they're through growing pains and button up the service for a large restaurant.

I've ordered from there a few times and it was great but efforts to visit have been hampered by illness. Definitely need to check out their omakase. But Royal Sushi is a long time favorite and would never object to a second location in my new neighborhood.

Call your credit card company and tell them what happened. It sucks and is inconvenient but you shouldn't lose any money from the credit card fraud part.

Middle Child, Kalaya and this moving to the area all in the last year and half. Good stuff for the neighborhood and some of my favorites moving up with me. Now just need a Royal Izakaya and Angelo's North.

I think we just vary on the definition of "surroundings" Rutgers. I was talking about Cooper Grant and the waterfront. Yeah a bit further away is really sketchy. I was in law school there around the same time as you.

No, it's not. Rutgers Camden is in the cooper grant neighborhood and this is in Gateway. They're separated by a highway. The area around Rutgers is very safe, there are 3 different police departments, you must have talked to one of the County cops or just made that up.
Dryheavemorning t1_j4w0yyu wrote
This is great news for the area but the CEO's quote about "bring[ing] a level of energy to Camden" probably should have added "our office in" prior to "Camden." They are in an isolated office park right by a highway on the edge of Camden and the vast majority of its workers commute without ever leaving the office park.

You should be able to get a 1bd in pretty much any neighborhood with that budget, though you'll get less for your money in the best neighborhoods. Since you're moving here for the first time I'd do Rittenhouse, further south in the neighborhood the better.
