Pretty sure bosses publicly stripping down to thongs in open space offices wasn’t the done thing in the 60s either

The director was described by former employees as an “uninhibited” exhibitionist who on occasion would strip down to “her bra or her thong” in the open office space, the Volkskrant reported.
They detailed how Darmoni allegedly kissed people without permission on their heads, or would grind against them during mandatory dance sessions.
They described that she started weekly meetings by forcing workers to participate in belly dancing.
“Most of us thought that was terrible. Sometimes Kaouthar pressed her breasts or buttocks against you while dancing. If someone said something about her behavior, she would laugh at you squarely,”
This is in the institute whose aim is the promotion of safe workspaces. And gender equality. Forced belly dancing? Stripping to thongs in open plan offices?
I don't know, how more oniony could it be - introduce black leather boots and flogging? We're already at montyphythonesque levels here.

I think it primarily reduces the risk of being hit by a person who has fallen off a raft, turned on their back and is floating downstream enjoying the ride

So no overlap with IBS, or excessive gas, or, I don't know, an ulcer in the right place? Or a sports injury, muscle/tendon stuff or hernia?

They're both ultimately based on the same Si chemical element though, the soft one being a polymer chain version with oxygen and organic additions, but ultimately both refer back to Si.

Presumably they took a guess at what stage it may have been, given sounds like he was mobile and not bent double, and at whether there was any likelihood of a rupture during the event?
And pre-ultrasound could they even diagnose for sure, wasn't it all probabilities/likelihoods until one was opened up?

It's smoke that gets people, not fire. Fire alarms and crawling is the answer. So if you're that worried, install smoke alarms and buy a respirator with a filter that works against fire smoke, store it low where you can reach it from all fours with eyes closed. And for some extra fun on a rainy day practice crawling with your eyes closed to the respirator, put it on, crawl to kids bedroom and out the door. (Then see if the neigbours believe your explanation of what you're doing locked out of the house on all fours in your PJs with a gas mask on, and report back pls)
