That's the only kind of series s/x expansion card so it is indeed a good one. It comes in 512gb, 1tb and 2tb but they're what your looking for.

You need the Seagate expansion card for series s/x. You cannot replace the ssd.

There is crossplay in some games like Dead By Daylight and maybe COD.

Go for the series x you won't regret it. Had trouble finding a PS5 so bought the series x and it with gamepass and all my old Xbox one and 360 games and I'm set.

What I would do is list it and the games for $200 or best offer as your preferred price and have a lower price like $150 as your as low as you'll go and just take the best offer. Include good pictures and description so potential buyers don't need to ask you dumb questions. Good luck!👍
