I’ve watched the collection guys throw them like they are pitching a softball. That surly can’t help.
If the city enforced the no bins out the night before rule, it would help so much. I’m not sure I’ve ever actually heard of anyone getting a fine for it.

I grew up here in the city, and my parents didn’t make all that much. Most of my childhood/early teen years their household income wasn’t above $$85k, but (back then in the 90s and early 2000s) that was plenty to live a decent middle-class life. Today, teachers with their Masters and a few years in will earn $80k alone. Most Worcester fire fighters and cops make around $100,000 or more with OT. While that won’t go too far with inflation, there are indeed lots of jobs that will pay at least $60k plus. Insurance industry is big here as well.

Every hospital charges. It’s not like it’s the middle of Nebraska and there is tons of land for infinite parking. It’s also pretty inexpensive.

The ordinance states 4 or more unrelated. The fact that you and your brother are related may mean it would be ok. But boyfriends or girlfriends don’t count as related.

I mean that, or just take it to a self wash bay and use the sprayer wand to get the wheel Wells and undercarriage, that way you can focus on the areas that need it most. It will prob cost you about $6.00.

Reply to comment by legalpretzel in are the trash guys cutting the lids off the recycling bins? by masshole4life
More time for animals to get in them… Also for them to blow over. I don’t think putting them out the night before has any bearing on the bins themselves. I understand that it’s a pain to get up early, but it really does screw over neighbors. Often the yellow trash goes out as well, which can attract the raccoons and animals.
