What I've searched for lately is maps of the south, winter boots, native plants, lighthouses, store locations, ceramic products, wood suppliers, things on bits and pieces in the news, PRUSA builds and new books on various part of American history or by certain authors.

Not to mention the added federal tax if you do not keep ownership for 5 or more years. A losing proposition all around. Rent instead and move 2 years from now without that anchor around your wallet.
