My landlord hired them to fix a leak. My upstairs neighbors bathroom drain is pouring water into my bathroom when ever she showers. At the time they were dead ass convinced to was the toilet but leave it up to the pros right? They sorta fixed it once then the problem returned a few weeks later. I noticed the pipe was loose and a holding strap broken so I ziptied it to fix temporarily till they came again. After they came back I noticed my mickey mouse repair was still there... To be fair the problem went away for a couple months after that before it began leaking again, they were in my apartment last week and could not replicate the leak so they gave up. The leak is still happening and we're supposed to return Friday but I've heard nothing since. Doesn't help my landlord doesn't give two shits either.

Ps: I wanted to mention when they had to come back the first time my landlord mentioned that it would be free this time ( like I give a fuck) and they had to send the same idiot to fix what he did wrong. Makes no sense.

I'm about to call them myself

When I heard this I had a thought about it. People who act like that are scum, and yes that should be taken in to account when being considered for any job. But on the other hand If this guy is truly sorry, regrets his actions and put work into correcting his actions, I'd be happy to see him succeed

I'm not completely following it but it's been a years long process to replace the viaduct. They built a brand new one along side the old so that to minimize disruptions. So yes it's just a replacement but in the process there will be temporary traffic patterns untill the structures are finalized.
