The outside is a 100% replica of the model, the inside is left up to research and our designers freedom of creativity. We do take into account that models are shaped differently inside, some are wider, some are tighter, but the actual molding after the entrance of the vulva is whatever our designers imagine it to be!
Regarding your other questions. Our Managing Director at Kiiroo is a woman and most of our marketing team (and other teams at Kiiroo) are women so theres no underrepresentation here!
In the past we've prioritized perfecting our penis/male masturbator Keon, and this year, we have put more emphasis on getting constructive feedback from our customers and community about the next generation of vibrators and products for vulvas. Early next year we will come our with 2 new vibrators that will be released in colors chosen by our customers, I believe this could be noted as "more feminine" colors as this is what our community has asked for... By the end of next year we will release a new couple toy/set which will be ground breaking and specially designed to please women/vulvas.
But, I do get your point and unfortunately development costs a lot of time and resources and unfortunately our resources are limited. We don't have big banks behind us, we even need to fund our entire stock ourselves. Banks don't even want to supply stock financing because of the industry we're in. This has always been our limitation.
