I moved out of Manchester because the last 37392637 years with her as mayor have just sent it right down the toilet. I refused to let my property tax dollars fund that garbage heap of a city.

This is how amazing NH is... when weed legalization is all they can complain about. The best part is, they can still smoke it. They just can't do the whole buy/sell thing in state.

I just bought a house previously owned by some pretty elderly people. They were married and decently well-off and remodeled over the course of time. The most recent remodel being like 5-6 years ago.

You would never ever believe how ... not good their taste was lol. The house was like a rolling remodel so everything was *newish* but just aesthetically dated. Heavy ugly curtains, fresh yet ugly wallpaper. The kitchen design is SOLIDLY done but just looks like it belongs in 1999. That'll get remodeled down the line but I guess my point is, some people LIKE the "dated"ish looks. It's odd. I can't explain it.

Your old license serves as identification for up to a year after expiration. I was told this directly by a TSA agent when I was in the same boat. I had my old ID and my paper ID.

Edit: I would consider calling the local TSA people to verify for your own peace of mind but this is how it had worked for me.

Edit 2: I just checked the TSA site and it says this as well. “TSA will accept expired drivers licenses or state-issued ID a year after expiration”

It is?? That's odd I'm always there and have never had a cellular issue and I'm on verizon. Sounds really strange but what kind of phone do you use? I'm trying to figure out reasons why it's spotty for some people but not for others.

I switched to DE and was literally saving hundreds... but not to be disingenuous, I had just bought a new house and I was running heat resistance tape on my roof during the summer that I had NO IDEA was on. Once I figured it out was when my DE kicked in... went from a $586 bill to a $145 bill.

I love that area and it's perfect for introverts. But it's far away from everything lol.

If I could work 100% remotely, I'd live in that area because the cost of living is so low, but I don't have that privilege :)
