According to the NH DOT's winter plowing map [1] most of the area around Lancaster is in the "plow every three and a half hours and try to let no more than seven inches accumulate" group. The interstates/turnpikes are every hour and a half/no more than three inches.

Of course, I recently watched a city budget meeting during which an inability by the state and municipalities to find enough plow drivers was discussed, so who knows?

Of course the snow showers could turn into ice showers, in which case all bets are off.

In other words, you're month to month/tenant at will? Your post said you withheld the November rent; was it for one of the usual reasons (which usually requires documentation of why it was withheld and deposit of the rent into escrow)? Or did you simply decide not to pay your rent bill? Assuming the landlord followed the requirements of RSA 540, in issuing the demand for payment and notice to quit, are you simply squatting until the sheriff's deputies "insist" on your departure?

The rejection came from someone in the City of Manchester's Risk Management department. They're self insured so there's no insurance company to talk to there. The OP has no insurance, so ditto. The next steps would be those to the superior courthouse where the OP (or their lawyer) would go against the city's, ($DEITY knows when given the court is likely still working through the backlog), which runs the risk of the OP being found at fault by the judge/jury in spite of what the officer put in the accident report.

In that ward, there were only three names on the primary ballot for three slots. I'm not sure if it's apathy on the part of the residents or party leadership discouraging more than the cherry picked candidates from filing. Add to that a devoted set of fans who don't see a career criminal and nut job who gives many groups a bad name, but a strong and devoted yet terribly misunderstood person who has overcome so many obstacles and challenges and is entitled to the support of the full community.

If you want to gripe to her boss, Ms Denver appears to work for Kevin O'Neil, Manchester's risk manager (the city's self insured). Otherwise you'll probably want to find a lawyer, with the police report in hand. The downside is that if they think (and the court agrees) that you're 51% at fault, they can come after you for damage to the plow. If you don't have insurance and can't cover the damages, it can trigger a "must carry insurance" requirement and/or suspension of license and registration.

You're not going to find any useable recorded traffic cameras; they're generally illegal in New Hampshire except in specific locations.

"Retaliation" probably means the hotels saying "we're leaving the program, get these people out of here by close of business (or whatever the required notice is)." Sort of like the property owners in the Burlington area which have made the news for having substandard rental units, but AHS won't yank the funding because they don't want to lose access to dozens of the cheapest units around.

What are your interests? Would you find book clubs interesting? Young professional organizations? Church/fellowship groups? Board games? If you have a band instrument gathering dust there are community bands looking for fresh blood. Ditto for community singing groups. Meetup isn't the end-all-be-all; try posting in one of your community's FB groups or checking library and grocery store bulletin boards to see if any events are posted. Sometimes it's just a matter of coming across an advertisement for Group X and seeing if they could use a new member.

The Boston Express bus leaves Manchester at 5:40AM, or you could pick it up in North Londonderry or Nashua at plenty of other times. Parking at the latter two is free. You could also drive to the Lowell or Haverhill MBTA commuter rail stations.

Add to that the simple issue that the unoccupied condos are still private property, and they can't be summarily taken over and repurposed as shelters without going through a very long and very expensive eminent domain battle, which the government would likely lose by the time things made it through the state and likely federal court systems. Same with any other tourist/second/snowbird homes. A place isn't "available" just because it was empty when the Census Bureau did its nose count.

Nashua Fire Rescue's chief recently said in a budget meeting that they won't entertain applications from anyone not holding current Firefighter II and EMT-Basic certification, and expect to take on new hires this coming summer.

Also, if you're looking to rent anywhere in southern NH while you're looking for a fire-rescue job hopefully you have other stable income or are independently wealthy. Rental prices and vacancy rates are generally considered to be a tad nuts.

Considering the admission requirements on the web site are lower than most high schools' graduation requirements, probably. The only thing stopping a rising high school senior from being eligible is the fourth year of English (which some creative and/or motivated kids can get through doubling up on English courses if the high school will let it fly).
