Does that include running while the car is off? I have a front/rear dash cam but it's only on when the car is on, so it missed it when my parked car was side-swiped and the other guy drove off.

It does work on Firefox, but it always takes me a few tries. You also can't leave the tab while it's 'loading', at least it never works for me if I do that. Each character you type in has lag too.

I've been waiting for them to send me a survey link so I complain about all their horrible upgrades, but I guess they know its bad because they've never sent one. Normally companies don't stop spamming you with survey requests when they change something.

Just got it. Hate the mandatory $10 monthly router fee. Hate the nearly non-configurable router. Hate how the 300MB router app, which is required to access the router and can only be registered on one phone, is the largest app on my phone. A phone which is constantly nagging me to free up space because the OS and system files take up 87% of the total space.

Other than that the service has been great for the past week.

Yes, lock him in the basement and call the police. There's no need to get involved with a manslaughter investigation by shooting him. Plus you'll need to clean up all the blood and risk giving yourself something from an accidental exposure. As long as he isn't attacking your gas powered appliances or the door to the rest of the house, let the police deal with him.

Then there's always the tiny chance he's your uncle who's playing a surprise trick on you. Plenty of people have shot relatives or family members thinking they were burglars.

If that's your only gas appliance I would switch to electric. That's one less bill you'll have to deal with and less chance of your house exploding. It also means you no longer need your roof exhaust which increases the possibility for solar panels.

The downside is if there's an extended power outage you won't be able to rely on your hot water for heat. I assume electric hot water costs a little more too.

Agreed. They changed their website recently and it's horrible. Not only does it lag on every key input, you can no longer combine bills. Previously if you had two or more accounts you could pay all of them at the same time. Now you have to pay each individually meaning you pay multiple 'convenience fees' instead of one.

We need that for lawsuits too. Both sides put money into a pool and each side can use half of that pool. No other funds can be used towards anything related to the lawsuit.
