Come to Branson! It's more than just banjo picking hillbillies!

You can golf at Top of the Rock, take a cave tour (take 10, there are caves all over).

Spend a day at the Branson Landing, do some shopping, bowl a few frames and play some games at Andy B's, see the fountains and have dinner at White River Fish Company or Salt Grass Steakhouse.

Take a ride on the Branson Scenic Railway in one of their historic train cars.

Hit the trails and ramps on a mountain bike at The Howler Bike Park. If you don't have a bike or helmet, no worries! You can rent them!

Scoot up to the National Tiger Sanctuary and feed some tigers! From a safe distance and carefully supervised, of course. They also offer golf cart tours if you have mobility challenges.

Check out the shows and attractions on the Branson strip! Mini-golf! Go Karts! Zip lines! Those giant slingshot things that are guaranteed to make you throw up!

Do: Get some authentic Springfield Cashew Chicken

Do: Visit Bass Pro Shops (even if you aren't into hunting, people will ask you when you get home if you went there and you need to be able to tell them yes)

You got me curious so I did some Googling over my morning coffee. I found this article from the Library archive about black schools in Springfield. The Lincoln school operated in Springfield until 1955 when the schools became integrated.

Here's a little portion about the Lincoln school and I think that's who these marchers represent. "Springfield's most well-known Black school is the second Lincoln School at the southwest corner of Sherman Avenue and Central Street. Funded in part by an $8,000 grant from the Julius Rosenwald Foundation, it opened in 1931 with 15 rooms, including a library and a gymnasium. When the Douglas School, another Black school built in 1892 at the west side of South Market Avenue south of Lombard Street, closed in 1932, its students were transferred to Lincoln. The second Lincoln School remained in operation into 1955. After the landmark Supreme Court decision Brown vs. the Board of Education ruled that the segregation of schools was unconstitutional, Black students entering the 1954-1955 school year were given their choice to attend either a formerly white school in their neighborhood or continue to attend Lincoln School. Lincoln High School's 1955 senior class was the school's final group of graduates.

When Springfield integrated all of its schools during the 1955-1956 school year, the Lincoln School's name was changed to Eastwood Junior High School. In the fall of 1962 the building became the Vocational Technical School. In 1991, the building became part of Ozarks Technical Community College. OTC renamed the building Lincoln Hall in 1998 to honor its early history. Lincoln Hall has remained in continuous use for college courses."

So interesting!

Daenyrys turns those dragons on the white walkers so we still get some cool dragon action and maybe a real dragon fight between the ice dragon and a fire breathing one. She reigns as queen and Jon Snow goes back to the wall to maintain his vigil as Commander of the Night's Watch. Sansa gets the Riverlands and also becomes Queen in the North, Arya still gets to sail away into the sunset.

All y'all listing restaurants so I'm going a different direction. The Library Center on S. Campbell is lovely. It's comfy, that coffee shop is great. The gift shop has some neat little things. There is always some nice historical or cultural display, they have book clubs, book discussions, lectures and as far as I know, these are free - or mostly free. You can use their computers, their printers and even their fax - it's practically a little business center. So nice.

And I love the art museum. They have a nice collection and interesting exhibits, and it's a lovely place to spend a rainy afternoon - for free.

Seasons 1-4 are very bingeable but I don't think you'll have to binge them before season 5. I would binge it. I have and I've watched a couple of seasons more than once. It's pretty good and there are some jaw dropping moments and double crosses and then double back double double crosses that you miss by not binging but the show catches you up on the high points pretty well.

I don't either, but maybe a follow up, like I said. Just maybe a little extra bit about how crazy the local cops are about enforcing the no trespassing signs in that area. If you do it right, it kind of lends more intrigue and conspiracy to the whole shady real estate development scam. Like this place is so messed up the crooked local cops will hassle the crap out of you if you just drive by.

I kind of agree with ShartsvilleDestroyer. The bad cop part felt kind of out of place. It maybe would have been a good follow up or extra episode for this one. It did detract from the larger story.

And I'm not defending a bad cop. I'm trying to give constructive criticism.
