What I'm seeing is I need to watch more Sky Italia. Is Anna really better than Station Eleven? Because Station Eleven was great - not just because of the performance and production value, but the timing of its release made it even more impactful.

They might be able to refer you to some agency for housing and employment assistance.

I feel like the last thing we need is 5-7 more years of constant road construction. Not to mention the people and businesses that would need to be displaced in order to build a freeway.

I like the Landing. You can just walk along the lake, feed some ducks, people watch, or walk thru the stores, catch the fountain show and stop in to the arcade or Mellow Mushroom Pizza, or grab some candy and hot chocolate at Kilwins.

I just thought of this one. The George Revelle murder in Fremont Hills. Old George was actually exonerated but ya know. He was the mayor of Fremont Hills and president or some big muckity muck at a bank (can't remember exactly). I don't even know if the house is still there but it was a pretty notorious murder for Springfield.

You might also check out the Gilloiz theater. I don't know of any homicides but one of the projectionists died during a midnight movie showing and his spirit is said to haunt the theater.

And the theater has been restored and is just really lovely even without the death but the death and ghost story is kind of cool.

Don't forget the Young Brother's Massacre in Brookline.

Not that far north, no. We visit friends in Des Moines and we've been to a few other places in southern Iowa.

When we were last in Iowa we noticed every car had hail damage. The people were nice but the winters are brutal. Summer is unbearably hot and my allergies flare up every time we visit. Iowa is flat. No hills, no curves, endless squares of farmland interrupted by small cities that all look the same.

Dogwood Canyon is lovely!

But it won't attack with the same force as a pit bull.

First Chris Kattan goes to the hospital and now Afroman is recording right here in Springfield! We are just swimming in D list celebrities!

I'm going to start a tradition of leaving jerky and moonshine out for Rudy Dubaker on Christmas Eve.
