I did the same thing. They made me sit in the courthouse basement (waiting area for jury duty) for a week. Sorry, I won't be offering a guilty verdict for drug offenses.

I was lucky my employer paid my wages during jury duty about 6 years ago and let me keep the money from the state. It really sucks for those that don't get paid. I thought I would get out of it by mentioning jury nullification but they had me sit in the basement of the Harrisburg Courthouse for a week.

As far as fossil fuels go, it's pretty efficient. It would be wise to invest in NG over coal. Until wind and solar are able to handle more, that's the best option unless people want to drop the notion that nuclear is scary and bad.

I live in York County. Don't think the taxes are high relative to the surrounding areas. It seems the more rural you go, the cheaper the taxes. Perry county is going to be cheap, but inventory is low. My car insurance for full coverage on an SUV is like 50 bucks a month. York county isn't bad. Neither is Dauphin and Cumberland. The west shore (Cumberland county) is really blowing up in terms of housing and businesses, but the aging roadways are making it a nightmare to get around.
