Check out Backyard in Hollins Market on Tuesdays. They do a game night. I believe it’s always random and or they play multiple games per night. Haven’t been yet due to my work schedule but plan on going starting in February. Also check out No Land Beyond in Old Goucher.

Sheeeiiittt. Come over to W Pratt. They replaced lines a few years and still haven’t resurfaced and probably never will. Priority will go to the wealthier neighborhoods.

Yea mine was pressing on my nerve as well. I was very close to bedbound for a month or two but staying active as hard as it was definitely saved my mental health lol. Also, I discovered the heating pad made it much worse. So if you’re doing that, opt for ice.

Herniated my L4-L5 in college. I played baseball and refused to get the surgery. The only thing that worked for me was stretching, inversion table and honestly loosing weight and changing my diet. Loosing weight was the biggest game changer. Mine was pretty severe but sticking to a routine it took care of itself over 3-5 years. Will still act up occasionally especially when it’s cold out. But if I were you id do what ever I could to avoid surgery. Surgeons always want to cut.

Pizzas are excellent. Even the GF ones are very good. Meatballs are fire. I personally like the Roma sandwich. The bread is great and I believe is made in house. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I have yet to get the wings but from what I heard they are also very good

Buy. I bought in Union Square for $150k. I am very well off but picture Baltimore more as a liability then an investment. You will be able to find plenty of homes in SoWeBo for that price. They may need some TLC if not more but in the long run, if this part of the city takes off, your ROI will be substantially higher then if you buy elsewhere or keep renting.

Pratt St resident here as well. What we saw happen in Highlandtown a decade or so ago is slowly happening in Mount Clare/Union Square/Hollins Market. We are getting a bad name over here due to the drug crime. We are also not a food desert nor are we a night life desert. We have a handful of good bars and restaurants that are not gaining traction because the word of mouth is to be afraid of anything west of MLK. Don’t listen to the influencers hyping of Atlas bullshit or bad bougie Canton spots.
