Yes, but, there are no recreational dispensaries in NYC as far as I know and there are none within Jersey City. The only ones I know of are Rise in Bloomfield, Apothecarium in Maplewood, and Ascend in Rochelle park, they’re all about 30-40 mins by car from JC. Just need to be 21 or older and technically you can only smoke in your private residence, not in hotels or most rental units.

My fiancée and I are too leaving JC (sad face) to go into Essex county. Taxes are horrific but not too much more than JC after the 1bn school budget for the price bracket we were looking in. The schools in our new town are arguably better.
