95 was cancelled through DC which is why it goes around it on the Beltway.

Yes, locations are included on the bill, whether paper or electronically. My account, which is from the NY Thruway, has a website where you can check as well. Just note that sometimes the agency may be a little slow in getting your travels updated on the site, it may take a couple of days. It's especially true of toll "ticket" systems like the Thruway or NJ/PA/MA Turnpikes.

Through movements on 546 are meh on a bike (I've done it plenty of times) especially since your other options are pretty much the flashing beacon at Ingleside (worse) or detouring all the way up to Penn-Tts. Road (more hills). 31 south of there was always a no-go and even north of there is worse since the shoulder rumble strips were installed.

The drivers may be idiots but it's mostly a freeway designed and built after the 1970s, the road itself is OK. 22 with its left in/left outs, that's straight out of the NJDOH of the 1930s and unfortunately isn't going away any time soon.
