I was going to say yes but (and no one seems to have mentioned this) you have a dog. That would make me hesitant to sell. If you can do everything with dog (vet, parks, increased rental fees) then go ahead. Especially if you are sure you will rarely use the car.

For me I use my car only a few times a month so it's parked far away in a cheap but secure lot. I can't sell as I go out further into NJ and other states enough that itd be too much of an inconvenience. When I dogsat for an extended time I found the car very helpful too.

Ultimately up to you! If you expect to only exist in JC and NYC shouldn't be a problem getting rid of it.

You cannot look any earlier than 60 days, that's the general in-advance posting maximum for apartment listings in Jersey. You can start looking in June at the earliest for an August move-in. You can look in May to get an idea but nothing will be available for August that early. Since its a summer move-in its gonna be expensive and units disappear in hours. I don't know if any month is "cheaper" but probably looking in August is slightly better than in June.

If you are unwilling to let pest control in, then no. Unless you can provide clear medical documentation that you cannot be around any of the pesticides (or non-chemical situations, pest control also just puts out traps or blocks entryways).

If management for some reason was unwilling to give pest control, after repeated requests, then yes. As long as you serve them a final request via certified mail.

There isn't any real material difference that would matter for a personal consumer vehicle for gas quality between stations.

Gasoline is unsurprisingly extremely regulated by the government. Cheaper gas is cheaper due to how gas station franchising works. And where they source their oil. Larger chains tend to be more expensive due to top-down price control, not due to higher quality gas.

I had heard in the top 10!

Though I think that was for skyscrapers over a certain height. There's a few different lists. Either way, yea, we're ranked ahead of much more well known cities! Not surprising since we're also at the top for construction

I took this from Hamilton Park in Weehawken. On Saturday shortly after sunset.

Love this view as it really makes it clear how developed JC is. Can sometimes get lost in the shadow of NYC.

Note: The foreground does contain a lil bit of Hoboken as well
