So much about this city right now is embarrassing, sadly.

If someone can find a refulation/law against this of some sort, and DM me the photos/location etc. I will make sure someone with some authority gets everything and see if I can get action taken.

That's the modern viewpoint on crime. The pendulum will swing back, it already has a bit. Terrible what is happening in Newark though, just really untenable and unacceptable.

Yes it is changing and going to change for sure.

People need to not get too ahead of themselves. Newark is a long long way away from the other places mentioned. New towers are expensive, but huge swaths of the city are still some of the most affordable areas in the region. It's going to be a longgg time until/if folks are truly priced out akin to Hoboken.

It's more lip service nonsense. Sounds touchy Feely and nice in theory, in reality it's more inept corrupt and slow government bureaucracy.

Clifton is very close and has places to grab drinks nearby as well. I recommend Shannon Rose

You're a poet...perhaps you might know how to utilize context clues in order to ascertain the intent behind a typo.
Perhaps not.

As I said when this qas posted previously, this harms Newark and is a slight, not a compliment.

Place attracts the wrong element. They finally cleaned up the little park/monument. Time to clean that up now. Great little building, but they need something better in there. Maybe a nice coffee shop or something.
