This seems like the way to go
... go around to all the businesses in the area with external cameras, tell them what happened and ask if they'd be willing to look through their footage.
Make sure you have the date and approximate time that it happened to make looking for said footage easier for all parties

I just mentioned this in a comment on this post...but Mike White wrote and directed every episode of White Lotus.

So in reading all these answers I have a better understanding of the WHY... I feel like knowing this now, it almost takes away from the importance of the Director or the idea that the director is responsible for the vibe and end product that the viewers receive. I get that for a movie the director is everything in that they direct the entire product whereas with TV that's not the case.
I will say that Mike White from White Lotus writes and directs every single episode...and it's overwhelmingly obvious in my opinion.
Cary Joji Fukunaga also wrote and directed every episode of the first season of True Detective .

Pay the money out of pocket to to get a eye exam so you know what your script is. After that you're just going online to places like Zenni and I buy Direct enter your script then go shopping. I have like 10 pairs. it's awesome. I even have a pair of legit Ray-Bans.

Here's my response from having worked and gone many many times; regarding the people you want autographs from: it depends on who they are. Some people just are sitting at tables and you can walk right up to them because nobody else cares but some have humongous lines and you have to pay to even be in those lines
