As a man, this irks me to no end when men do this. It is selfish and very inconsiderate. Just lift up the toilet seat. "Oh I don't want to touch it", ya, ever notice that big roll of paper next to the toilet? Use a wad of that to lift the seat. And you are going to wash your hands afterwards, right? Don't be a dribble dick!

Still not illegal. They can forbid recording or photography but at best they can charge you with trespassing if you refuse to follow their rules to be on site. The actual recording and photography of minors in places where there is no expectation of privacy is not illegal and they can not do anything to make you destroy or delete your footage or photos.

You may withhold a portion of your rent if:
You have appealed to your landlord in writing to make the necessary repairs; or

Your local Board of Health has inspected your apartment and found health code violations and notified your landlord; or

You are current in your rent up until the time your landlord learns of the problem, you are not the cause of the problem, and the unsanitary conditions do not require the apartment to be vacated to make repairs.

The solution to declining sales is to change the odds more in favor of players. Let them win more and they will play more simple as that. This is especially easy with games like scratch tickets where you control the total number of ticket, the number of tickets that are winners, and the total amount of prizes awarded. Barring low selling games and having a lot of the big winners in that game early, it is easy math to calculate total sales expected minus total payout in prizes.

This tired reply always comes up with this type of discussion and completely misses the point. Also there are many reasons people want to keep certain things private that are perfectly legal and for legitimate reasons. But in your mind having something you want to keep private always indicates a problem?

Yes you have to show a license if you are driving. Other than that, you don't have to identify yourself to police or display any sort of government ID, And you never have to speak to them even if you are driving. you can simply hand them your license and remain silent.

Since you are not transferring plates you will not be able to drive the car until you get the car registered. So you have a few choices to move the car to your place.

  1. Ask the seller if they can drive it to your house and do the transaction (exchanging payment, signing over the title, etc.) at your house. Then the seller can removed the plates from the car and leave. Of course this requires the seller to have someone drive them home again. Get the car insured and registered to get your new plates.

  2. Go to their place, do the transaction, leave without the car (leaving it with the seller), and get the car insured, registered, and receive your plates. Return to seller's place, attach plates to car and drive it home. In this case you will have to have someone take you to the seller's place the second time since you can not drive two cars home yourself.

  3. Have it towed. This would be my last choice as it is expensive.

"He did not have his lights on which I thought required him to obey posted traffic signs."

Aww, that's cute you still think cops actually obey any of the laws they don't want to.

" In my defense I was using him as a pace car since I believed he was required to follow posted speed limits per MA CH 89 Section 7B. "

Terrible defense since that is like saying, "Your honor, I assumed I was going the speed limit because I was following a cop and it never occurred to me to look at my own speedometer."

Last I read about it yesterday was that there were the remains of 4 total, two boys, two girls I think, and besides the first one that was in the freezer there have been no details about where the other remains were found. And that is about it for now.

Massachusetts does not have a Stop and identify law on the books and even if we did, Stop and Identify only apply if they have a reasonable suspicion you have committed or are about to commit a crime.

Basic rule of thumb is you are never lawfully required to talk to the police about any subject and at time ... ever!

McD's in Westford (Boston Rd exit off 495 between Chelmsford and Littleton exits) has the playland area so probably do birthday parties and therefore probably have the cakes.

Too expensive. Best to simply make two trips. First trip you buy the car and get the signed title. Go home without the car, get insurance who will generate the form you will need to then take it to the registry to register the car where they hand you plates. Now make the second trip out to the seller, put the plates on the car and drive it home.

Alternatively see if the seller is willing to drive the car to you when you exchange money and title. Then they can park it in your driveway, take off their plates, and leave.

I have a few specific trees that will hold their leaves and then drop all of them on the same day, usually after clean up. I have a couple others that literally don't fall off until the snow knocks them off.
