Check with the pharmacy if you were issued generic versions where previously you got the brand name. I recently had this happen to me where there is a law now that that says substitutions of a alternate (generic) version of a drug is required if available. CVS claimed they had to use the generic in all cases where as looking into it more MA .gov pages would imply that is true only if the generic is cheaper (Source). In my case, a dry power inhaler went from $30 for the brand name to something like $64 for the generic. I was able to get them to try and get the brand name back at the original price and they were able to.

Laws are interesting in that people often misinterpret what they say. While it might be nitpicking, what laws often say is what you can not do rather than what you can do.

As an example, you will read people who say the law says the age of consent it 16, but in reality it doesn't say that at all. It instead says no one under 16 can legally consent to sex. Again, perhaps nitpicking but the law doesn't actually say you can consent if you are 16+. But only a court can rule that you were able to give consent at age 16 since it isn't explicitly stated in the law.

If you don't mind going down to Rhode Island for the Newport Mansion tours, the Breakers is open I believe (the other mansions might be closed, but if you haven't been then the Breakers is the one you want to see anyway). While down there you can hit up some seafood shacks or something.

To save people a click, the removal of the trees was not directly related to the removal of the homeless camp. It just happens that a homeless camp there was removed and then later Walmart cleared out a bunch of trees and also the railroad owning some of the surrounding land did the same. The area in question are buffer zones near a section of river protected under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, so even if you own the land, you can not simply do things like remove trees and vegetation. So now Walmart (and the railroad agreed to do it as well) has to restore about 200 trees that were removed.

It does not appear Walmart had any direct involvement with the homeless camp removal the prior year.

"well sure it is full of crackheads, but there are some in MA too, right? Anyone? Are you with me? Someone?"
