This isn't commercial work. Totally different realms.

Seems like any decent contractor would be able to pull this off using a lul or a truck with a drywall lift. I'd look for remodeling contractors as they have to get creative working on old buildings

Technically yes, but practically, it's everything north of Broadway. The vibe between Westminster and Broadway isn't a federal hill vibe.

The substantive comments about how the affordable housing units are funded, built, and priced. $1450 is not the rent for those tenants that qualify. Ding-a-ling.

That's market rate. The affordable units are less. Look at the income guidelines on the website. They don't advertise the rental costs on the affordable units, but 1,465 would be too much for most of the incomes shown. I really want a top floor unit 2 bed 2 bath overlooking the river, but I don't think they have secured parking.

Rialto Beach is amazing when a winter storm rolls through. Just be careful, the waves can toss up logs.

They do. There are also a bunch of very nice rehabilitated multi family houses in the neighborhood, turned into affordable housing. They were pretty much wrecks before. Definitely spruces up the place.

Reply to where is the Mexican food by TheGreyVicinity
Not a lot of Mexican or Tex Mex, but the central American shops in Onlyville may scratch that itch. If you are looking for American style Mexican food, there are a couple spots on federal hill on Atwells. Xaco Taco is pretty good on Eddy St, and I have heard good things about California Taco, but Órale Taqueria gets my money.

Probably a Latino sports bar. Us gringos don't really watch soccer. An Irish pub might work too.

If you don't go on a Saturday afternoon, it will be fine. Dunkin freakin Donuts cause worse traffic problems on the daily

On the east side that may be true. This city is much better than that.

Make sure your vin is legible to the old fuck retired cops with bad eyesight who do the vin check. They wouldn't let me read it to them, so I had to Photoshop the copy the bank sent me so the geezers could see it for themselves. Everything about transferring a license and a registration to RI is ridiculously difficult.

It is 100%. I have transferred my license to RI twice in 7 years and they required the SS card both times. Wouldn't even take my passport, which if I remember correctly, also includes my SS number. Wish I could down vote you more than once because your terrible advice would put OP back at the DMV multiple times.

There is a SS office very close to the DMV office in Cranston. You can get a new one there.
PipeLayer2016 t1_is249ff wrote
You need a whole new license, and be certain to read the document requirements, as they are very picky. For some of reason they also want your fucking paper social security card!

Sometimes a thin patty with charred edges hits the spot. I get irritated by huge burgers that you can't fig your mouth around, fall apart, and that juice all over making things soggy.
