No they do not. But the church on Pine gives out hot dogs. And of course, it’s a neighborhood that people live in, so you can go trick-or-treating if you have kids.

You’re in the Hanover Ave halo. All the kids will go there (it’s a big deal). You might get a few stragglers, but you’ll probably not get many.
Do check out the Oregon Hill Halloween Parade if you can though. It’s at 7pm in Oregon Hill. Maybe one of the best things in the city all year.
