What I want is the same penalties for sober, negligent and wreckers drivers as drunk drivers. There are far far more of them and they don't have to have SR22, interlock, or any of those other penalties.

Close the bars earlier. No one needs to be out at 2 am. Anyway no one's going want to belly up the additional tax money for those transit drivers.

Saying insurance is a scam is ignorant. What insurance does is protect from you from being sued if you cause a wreck where there is property damage or loss of life. All you'll be out is your premium instead of having your livelihood financially destroyed or going to jail.

I'm assuming you paid cash for the car? Because unless the car is financed, you don't have to carry anything more than liability insurance, which generally is not too bad (depending on what type of car, your driving record, and the area you live). If the car is financed you have to carry full coverage.
Do have your day in court, and they may defer your ticket or let you pay in installments. But in general that won't happen if you don't bring proof of insurance with you.

Everybody talking about rural roads like they're goat trails. Come on they are paved for the most part. Once you get into forest roads or REMOTE roads then yes you may run into dirt roads and bad cell service.

Once you get to court request a deferment. This will keep it off your record if you have no other infractions for a period of time (I think it's one year).

Not alot of experience over there but 9-10 am seemed like a good break. Are you restricted on which days? I'd be tempted to work weekends and make my weekend Monday-Tuesday or something like that.

I think there probably are studies. But inexperience, say overcorrecting or going too fast for conditions aren't necessarily negligence. I mean right now my street is an ice rink and 10 mph is too fast for conditions.

Rivers were used because they were faster and easier to carry your supplies and your beaver pelts going back. Cheaper too since you didn't have acquire and feed horses and pack mules.

How can you prove everything is happening because of negligence? Obviously not using chains when posted, but sometimes shit just happens.

Because then the extra daylight is meaningless since you will also have to work later.

Exactly. And those same kids will also want the daylight hours after work when they get older.

?? Several of my friends play it. But then I'm sure they are playing online and there is no cash involved.
